Refund policy

Due to the nature of House of Bo, do note that items that are vintage are sold as seen with expected signs of wear and tear.

However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or have any queries please email and we will do our absolute best to resolve any issues.

Refunds are accepted 7 days upon receipt of item. Note: Return cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
