1. Consultation
Getting to know each other! This initial phase of the process is vital to understand the client vision, dream space and lifestyle. Establishing the practical needs, budget and gather critical information.
2. Proposal & quote
We outline a proposal in line with what was discussed at the initial consultation. Along with a quote for our services listing the scope of the work.
3. Sourcing & designing
Once the client gives us the go ahead for the project, we start sourcing samples, materials, furniture and other items to build the foundation and move the design development forward.
4. Design presentations
We get to show you and discuss the initial concept and design!
Including floorplans, visuals, moodboards, samples and swatches. As well as the selection of furniture and other items which will transform your space into something special.
Then, the design goes through revisions and final edits for client approval.
5. Ordering
A cut-sheet of all material, furniture and other items required for the design will be supplied. The document includes the prices and quantities with direct on-line links for ease of purchase.
6. Tracking
We will liaise with you and the suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries in order to keep the project on schedule.
7. Coordination
We will communicate with trades to ensure a smooth implementation of the design, ensuring that the work is done to our high standards.
Problem solving is inevitable and part of what we do and enjoy.
8. Completion & Styling
For this exciting final phase, we carefully position the furniture, artwork and style the space.
This is the magical part of the project when you get to meet and enjoy your new home.
